Threats emanating from any state firstly affect immediate neighbouring states threatening peace and security of the region. However, when international political actors try to benefit from such regional situations, then there are grave threats to international peace and order. The people and their leader could not learn lessons from destruction resulting to two World Wars in the past. Existing Regional and International organizations established for regional or international peace had become helpless. Now there is need of a new international order on the basis of principles of federalism instead of principle of “Might is right” prevailing due to permanent members of the UN Security Council as the peace and security can only be viewed through the vision of Permanent Members of the UNSC. The experts of the Centre are studying and analysing political ideologies and mechanism in vogue at the moment to devise a just and equitable international system to ensure international peace, harmony and security. There is need of a federal world order instead of existing discriminatory and exploitative political order which is a threat to humanity and international peace.
